Billing & Insurance Information

Ardsley Internal Medicine accepts most major insurance carriers and will assist you in filing claims for health care services. Should you have any questions about any insurance or billing issues, please call our office during normal business hours.

Fees

Co-payments, deductibles and co-insurance amounts are due at the time of service. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. When your insurance has responded, any remaining amount you owe will be billed to you at your home address. Please remit any payment due within 30 days. If you should need to make special arrangements concerning your bill, please call the office prior to your appointment.

Insurance

Medicare and most private insurance companies are accepted. Please remember to bring your insurance cards to each visit so we may file your insurance properly.
