Shipping Policy

Orders under $100 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $5. Orders over $100 ship free of charge.

Once shipped, Ardsley releases control to our shipping partners and assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Due to heavy freight carrier volumes, shipping times may be longer than expected.

Orders will be shipped using USPS or UPS.  We advise you to reach out directly to the shipping carrier for updates on shipping or to submit a claim in the event of non-delivery or loss of package.
