Refund Policy
Full refunds (minus the original shipping cost) and exchanges are available within 15 days* of in-store purchase date or delivery confirmation date. Items must be in like-new condition in their original packaging with associated accessories to be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
Shoes must be sent in an additional shipping box that protects the original shoe box to be eligible for refunds.
Heartbreak reserves the right to deny refunds of items that do not adhere to our return policy.
To initiate return or an exchange please complete the steps listed below:

Customer is responsible for shipping the return or exchange, please include Order # and Order Contact Name
Once we receive your item(s) and confirm that they comply with our policy, we will issue a refund or send out the desired item for exchange.
