Refund Policy

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Full refunds (minus original shipping costs) and exchanges are available within 15 days of in-store purchase or delivery confirmation.

  • Items must be in like-new condition, in the original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Shoes must be shipped in a separate box that protects the original shoe box to qualify for a refund.

  • Items purchased between November 15 – December 24 are eligible for an extended return period of 45 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

 

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@ardsley.org.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure you receive a full refund or replacement.

  • Please include photos of the damage or defect when submitting your claim to expedite processing.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

  1. Ensure your item(s) comply with our return guidelines above.

  2. Complete the return/exchange form www.ardsley.org/return-exchange-form.

  3. You will receive the return address after submitting the form.

  4. Ship the item(s) back at your cost (unless damaged/defective), including your Order # and Order Contact Name.

Processing Your Refund or Exchange

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will confirm eligibility.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Exchanges will be shipped promptly after we confirm eligibility.

A: Yes, sale items are eligible for return as long as they meet the standard return guidelines.

A: Customers are responsible for return shipping, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
