Eligibility & Timeframe

Full refunds (minus original shipping costs) and exchanges are available within 15 days of in-store purchase or delivery confirmation.

Items must be in like-new condition, in the original packaging, and include all accessories.

Shoes must be shipped in a separate box that protects the original shoe box to qualify for a refund.

Items purchased between November 15 – December 24 are eligible for an extended return period of 45 days.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@ardsley.org.

We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure you receive a full refund or replacement.

Please include photos of the damage or defect when submitting your claim to expedite processing.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You will receive the return address after submitting the form.

Ship the item(s) back at your cost (unless damaged/defective), including your Order # and Order Contact Name.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
